• Zero Server Uploads: When you process documents (such as merging PDFs, cropping exam photos, compressing images, or building resumes), the entire operation executes locally within your device's random-access memory (RAM). Files are never transferred across network sockets to our servers.
• No Central Data Retention: Because files never touch our servers, we do not—and cannot—retain, archive, view, or restore your uploaded or generated documents.
• User Backup Responsibility: You are strictly responsible for maintaining independent backup copies of all original documents prior to applying compression, conversion, splitting, or editing routines. If your browser closes or your device runs out of power during an operation, unsaved data cannot be recovered by us.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Harsh Cyber Cafe solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You specifically agree not to:

• Process, format, or generate any documents, images, or signatures intended for fraudulent purposes, forgery, identity theft, or deceptive impersonation.
• Upload or feed corrupted data, malicious scripts, or payload strings designed to disrupt browser sandboxes or exploit client-side libraries.
• Use automated scripts, bots, spiders, or headless browsers to systematically scrape, extract, reverse-engineer, or mirror the proprietary algorithms and interface elements of our tools.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or tamper with any client-side rate-limiting, security validations, or digital watermarking controls built into the platform.
• Resell, white-label, or charge third parties for direct access to our free tools without prior written permission from Harsh Raj.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless explicitly indicated otherwise, all visual interfaces, custom CSS styles, logos, branding assets, custom JavaScript algorithms, UI/UX designs, and documentation published on Harsh Cyber Cafe are the exclusive intellectual property of Harsh Cyber Cafe and its founder Harsh Raj.

Our utility ecosystem includes financial calculators (such as Loan EMI, GST Calculator, SIP & Compound Interest) and document generators (such as Rent Agreements, Resumes, Salary Slips, and Marriage Biodatas):

• Informational & Estimation Nature: All calculations represent mathematical simulations based on standard banking formulas. They do not account for variable bank fee schedules, fluctuating interest regimes, or individual credit terms.
• No Professional or Legal Advice: Generated agreements, affidavits, and calculators do not constitute formal legal, accounting, tax, or investment advice. Users must seek counsel from a registered notary, advocate, or Chartered Accountant (CA) prior to executing legally binding contracts.
